What is an AYSO EXPO?
AYSO EXPOs are annual events with AYSO volunteers that include weekend of activities including training, certification and continuing education for all volunteers: coaches, referees, management, you name it! AYSO EXPOs are also great networking opportunities with other AYSO volunteers from Regions, and also have Sponsor / Vendor Shows where you can meet with AYSO’s National Sponsors. We also celebrate the achievements of volunteers who go above and beyond in your community.

Who can attend an AYSO EXPO?
Any person who is a registered volunteer for the current membership year can attend any AYSO EXPO.
How do I find information about my AYSO EXPO?
There will be several EXPOs across the country in 2019. EXPO Agendas will vary by location. Click on each one below, or on the toolbar at the top right to visit the individual event pages for more information:
January 17-19: Southwest EXPO – Albuquerque, MN
February 16-17: Southeast EXPO – Fort Walton Beach, FL
February 22-24: Midwest EXPO – Naperville, IL
February 22-24: Northwest EXPO – Sparks, NV
March 8-10: Northeast EXPO – Southbury, CT
March 22-24: SoCal EXPO – San Diego, CA
I’m a vendor and am interested in participating at an AYSO EXPO’s vendor show. Who do I contact?
Complete the AYSO EXPO Vendor Show Interest Form, and we’ll be in touch with you in the next couple of days. Please note that by completing this form, you are not guaranteed to be a vendor at this time. Vendor rates may vary by EXPO location.
How do I register for an AYSO EXPO?
Each EXPO has their own registration link. Please visit the specific EXPO’s webpage that you are interested in attending, and click on the “Register Now” link for that specific EXPO.
What is included in the registration fee?
The AYSO EXPO registration includes: access to all scheduled workshops (except Instructor Courses), and all meals and refreshments breaks (if offered), throughout the scheduled weekend’s event. Your registration also includes an AYSO EXPO goody bag and materials; this will be received onsite at the time of the EXPO check-in.
The Single Day Pass* is for Saturday ONLY and includes access to all scheduled workshops (except Instructor Courses), Saturday meals (if offered), AYSO EXPO goody bag and materials.
* Please note: There may be a limited number of Single Day Passes for each EXPO and registrations will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. If you have questions regarding Single Day Pass availability for your EXPO, please contact the personnel on the specific EXPO webpage for more information.
What is the refund policy?

What is an Instructor Course and why is there an additional fee?
Each EXPO may offer Instructor Courses as a part of the weekend’s event. Instructor courses prepare and train volunteers to become instructors in their specific discipline. They usually have an additional fee to register for the course as it typically includes learning materials such as manuals and handouts, and may also include lunch. This additional fee typically covers these expenses.
